2).. Access to the knowledge of the designer of Rollfast Mark II who has 38 years
experience in the washroom industry. He also knows the simple selling
system that worked so well before and will again.
3).. The finished design of a complete set of tooling (for moulding the plastic parts).
4).. Samples of the two springs and the pieces of bent wire.
5).. Fixing instructions for mounting, loading instructions for the janitor
and a suggested wording for the selling video (this is a MUST!!).
6).. A business that is so simple and easy to
run. Late nights would be rare and plenty of family time.
7).. A highly lucrative business by year three or four - you should enjoy multi million dollar income by year four (or year three if you are in a hurry).
8).. A highly saleable business by year 6 or 7 showing amazing sales figures.

You also get total ownership of the design which includes the right to
change the name, to register the name and to patent it if you wish.
Why am I selling this project? Why don't I launch it? (I would love to, it would be huge fun). But now the reality: I
am now 85 years old and simply don't have the energy. Also my expertise
is in product design and inventing, not in big business - and this will be huge business. Plus I don't even have a team, just me and my lovely lady.
