Rollfast
is designed to take rolls of tissue wound onto a core. That is, it
cannot dispense centre feed rolls, but these are rare.
Rollfast
will accept any width of roll from 110mm to 117mm and any diameter
from 110mm to 127mm but possibly excluding soft domestic rolls that may be
squashed flat (such rolls could possibly be extracted past the dispensing arm).
The
smallest practical size would be 800 sheets (or 400 2 ply) while the
largest would be 1500 sheets. All the brands of 1500 sheet roll that we
could find will
fit except one which was 140mm in diameter, but it was thought the
dispenser would be too big and cumbersome for that one exception.
The
magazine can hold three rolls plus one on
the dispensing arm. When full of 1500 sheet rolls, the total capacity (6,000 pieces) is the same as one large jumbo
roll. Unlike a jumbo it can be topped up at any time the janitor is
passing.
Rollfast dimensions: Height 600mm; Width 300mm; Depth 150mm (close estimates, the production dimensions may differ slightly).
Number that can be fitted into a 40 foot container packed four to a
carton when on a pallet and loaded by forklift: 2,160 + another 72 in
loose cartons = 2232. Carton size is: 1100mm long by 612mm wide by
160mm deep (close estimates, the production
dimensions may diifer slightly).
